Dwight Howard and the Rockets are living up to the hype

Howard and James Harden dominate in the Rockets’ season opener.

Consider the rest of the NBA on notice. James Harden and Dwight Howard made their debut as Houston Rockets teammates on Wednesday, and proved that the hype is deserved.
Harden scored 21 points, while Howard was an absolute monster at both ends of the floor. He looked like the MVP candidate of 2011, scoring 17 points and collecting a staggering 26 rebounds in the Rockets’ 96-93 win over the Charlotte Bobcats.
