KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Saturday stopped the new prosecutor, Muzaffar Solangi from representing in the case during the hearing over here, Geo News reported.
Sources said that the plaintiff’s lawyer Faisal Siddiqui strongly objected to the change of prosecutor, as the case has entered into a crucial stage where it could prove to be harmful.
The plaintiff’s lawyer will challenge the change of prosecutor in the Sindh High Court (SHC).
The investigation officer of Shahzeb murder case has also filed the petition, while the hearing was adjourned until Tuesday.
