
He will get annual salaries of $2.7 million and $3.1 million, with a cap hit of $2.9 million.

The Maple Leafs gave Kadri, 22, a bigger role in his third professional season and he responded with 18 goals and 44 points in 48 regular-season games. He ranked second on the team in goals (tie), power-play goals (five), assists (26), points, plus-minus (plus 15) and third in shots (107).
He had two hat tricks and 11 multiple-point games last season and has 26 goals and 63 points in 99 career games.
"Happy to be with the leafs for the next couple years, looking forward to camp," Kadri tweeted.
The signing was a so-called bridge contract, which will take Kadri to when he has arbitration rights and the potential for a big payday if he continues to improve.
The Maple Leafs have about $2 million left under the cap and still have to sign defenseman Cody Franson.
Former Vancouver Canucks player Mason Raymond is in camp on a professional tryout agreement.
